Shipping policy

All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at info@thediygodmother.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. Please ensure it is accurate. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 7 -10 business days after being shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, The DIY Godmother LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at checkout or account creation.
